We offer a 7-day exchange policy for product(s) that have been delivered or have not been used. Please note that the product must be unused, all tags must be intact, packing is in its original condition and original invoice is. Items bought on sale cannot be exchanged. Due to the differences in color monitors/screens and lighting used during photoshoots, the actual color or texture of the final item may slightly vary from what is seen on screen due to different viewing devices, monitor settings and individual preferences.
Product(s) bought on sale cannot be exchanged. Reasons for exchanges are limited to defects or wrong products delivered.
